Our business model is designed to provide you with an after-office hour answering services, administration and reporting. We provide trained Health Care Representatives that can assist you and take the calls during the night, weekends and even on holidays.

At Auxilium, we provide Back office and after hour on-call services. We provide a designated licensed nurse that can take your call during the night, weekends and even on the holidays.

Our Services

Answering Service
We are taking calls to help with the patient needs, taking note of their concerns and providing resolution. we communicate any further concern of the patient with the agency.

Back office
office provides the same services listed above but operates during regular business hours.
Services rendered Weekdays 9:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
There will be a separate Holiday rate add-on per patient and overage rate after the maximum census cap based on negotiation and agreement.

Administrative and Reporting Services
We do orders for DME and supplies, following up with vendors for the ETAs and communicating it with the facility/family of the patient until receipt confirmed. Providing also the daily summary of calls receive to the agency and communicating with the agency for the pending endorsements that needs follow up.

Comfort Call, Eligibility Check, Assist in Patient Admission coordination with Hospital, DME, Pharmacy, Transportation Service, Patient’s family, etc.
